These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Viewr platform, website, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing or using Viewr, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

Viewr is operated by the Viewr platform (“Viewr”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms govern your access to and use of the Platform.

1. Platform Overview

Viewr is a campaign marketplace that connects brands and advertisers (“Advertisers”) with creators and users (“Creators”) who wish to participate in promotional campaigns. Advertisers fund campaigns, and Creators may earn rewards by participating in campaigns according to defined rules.

Viewr acts solely as an independent intermediary and technology provider. Viewr is not an employer, agent, partner, or representative of any Creator or Advertiser. No employment, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship is created by use of the Platform.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

To use Viewr, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement. By creating an account, you represent that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date.

You may only create one account unless explicitly permitted by Viewr. Viewr reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information, engage in abuse, or violate these Terms.

3. Creator Relationship

Creators using Viewr act as independent contractors. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as creating an employment relationship between Viewr and any Creator. Creators are solely responsible for their own content, compliance with applicable laws, platform rules, and tax obligations.

4. Campaign Participation & Content

Campaign participation is voluntary. Creators may choose whether or not to accept a campaign. All content created must comply with campaign guidelines, applicable laws, and the rules of third-party platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube.

Creators must clearly disclose sponsored or promotional content where required (for example, using #ad or #sponsored). Viewr reserves the right to review, reject, or remove any submission at its sole discretion.

5. Earnings, Tracking & No Guarantees

Earnings displayed on the Platform are estimates and may be subject to review, verification, and adjustment. Viewr does not guarantee any minimum earnings, views, engagement, or income.

Tracking systems may experience delays or discrepancies. Final earning determinations are made by Viewr and are considered final.

6. Payments, Holds & Withdrawals

Creators may request withdrawals once the minimum payout threshold is met, currently set at $25 USD unless otherwise stated. Payout methods, processing times, and fees may vary.

Viewr reserves the right to delay, withhold, or reverse payments in cases involving suspected fraud, policy violations, chargebacks, or compliance reviews. Viewr’s decisions regarding payouts are final.

7. Advertiser Responsibilities

Advertisers represent that they own or have the legal rights to all materials, logos, music, or content provided for campaigns. Campaigns must not be illegal, misleading, or deceptive.

Viewr does not guarantee specific results, performance, or outcomes from any campaign. Refunds, if any, are subject to Advertiser Terms and campaign status.

8. Prohibited Activities

Users may not engage in fraudulent behavior, including fake engagement, bots, automation, manipulation of metrics, impersonation, copyright infringement, harassment, or attempts to bypass Platform safeguards.

Violations may result in account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of unpaid earnings.

9. Suspension & Termination

Viewr may suspend or terminate access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or to protect the integrity of the Platform.

10. Intellectual Property

All Platform software, branding, design, and functionality are owned by Viewr. Users may not copy, modify, or redistribute Platform materials without permission.

Creators retain ownership of their content but grant Viewr a limited, non-exclusive license to display, analyze, and use such content for Platform operations, analytics, and marketing purposes.

11. Third-Party Platforms

Viewr is not affiliated with or endorsed by any third-party platforms. Viewr is not responsible for account bans, content removals, demonetization, or algorithm changes imposed by external platforms.

12. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. Viewr does not provide financial, legal, or investment advice. Use of the Platform is at your own risk.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Viewr shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or lost profit damages arising from use of the Platform.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Viewr from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in India, unless otherwise determined by Viewr.

16. Changes to These Terms

Viewr may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
