Campaign & Content Guidelines
These Campaign & Content Guidelines outline the standards and expectations for campaigns hosted on the Viewr platform. They apply to all advertisers, creators, and users participating in campaigns and are intended to promote lawful, responsible, and transparent campaign activity.
These guidelines supplement the Terms of Service, Creator Terms, Advertiser Terms, and Trust & Safety Policy. Failure to comply may result in enforcement actions, including campaign removal, payout holds, or account suspension.
1. Purpose of These Guidelines
These Campaign & Content Guidelines exist to ensure that campaigns hosted on the Viewr platform are conducted responsibly, lawfully, and in a manner that protects creators, advertisers, and users. The guidelines outline baseline expectations for campaign setup, content creation, and participation while allowing creative flexibility.
All users participating in campaigns are required to follow these guidelines in addition to all other applicable platform policies. Failure to comply may result in enforcement actions, including campaign removal, payout holds, or account suspension.
2. Campaign Eligibility & Approval
All campaigns submitted to Viewr must meet eligibility standards before being made available to creators. Campaigns may be reviewed prior to launch to assess compliance with legal requirements, platform policies, and safety considerations.
Approval of a campaign does not constitute endorsement by Viewr and does not guarantee creator participation or campaign performance. Viewr reserves the right to reject, modify, pause, or remove campaigns at its discretion, including after launch, if concerns arise.
3. Content Accuracy & Truthfulness
Campaign content must be accurate, truthful, and not misleading. Advertisers must not make false claims, exaggerations, or unsubstantiated promises about products or services.
Creators are required to present content in a manner that aligns with campaign instructions and applicable advertising laws. Content that omits material information or misrepresents offers is not permitted.
4. Disclosure & Transparency Requirements
Creators must clearly disclose sponsored or promotional content in accordance with applicable laws, platform rules, and campaign instructions. Disclosures must be clear, conspicuous, and easily understandable to audiences.
Use of hidden, misleading, or ambiguous disclosures is not permitted. Viewr may review content for disclosure compliance and may withhold approval or earnings where disclosures are missing or insufficient.
5. Prohibited Content & Restricted Categories
Content associated with Viewr campaigns must not promote illegal activity, violence, hate, harassment, exploitation, or discrimination. Campaigns involving regulated or restricted categories may be subject to additional review or limitations.
Content targeting minors or encouraging unsafe behavior is strictly prohibited. Viewr reserves the right to restrict or remove campaigns or submissions that pose legal, safety, or reputational risks.
6. Intellectual Property & Rights Management
All campaign materials and content must respect intellectual property rights. Advertisers must ensure they own or have licensed all logos, trademarks, music, visuals, and materials provided for campaigns.
Creators must not use copyrighted materials without permission unless legally permitted. Responsibility for rights clearance rests with the advertiser and creator, not Viewr.
7. Creator Conduct & Authenticity
Creators are expected to act honestly and authentically. Artificial inflation of views, engagement, or performance metrics through bots, automation, or deceptive practices is strictly prohibited.
Viewr may investigate suspicious activity and take enforcement action, including withholding earnings or banning accounts, to protect campaign credibility and platform integrity.
8. Performance Verification & Review
Campaign submissions may be reviewed and verified using platform systems, third-party data, or manual review processes. Verification is conducted to confirm compliance with campaign requirements and platform policies.
Earnings may be adjusted or invalidated if submissions fail verification or violate guidelines. Viewr’s verification decisions are final.
9. Enforcement & Consequences
Violations of these Campaign & Content Guidelines may result in enforcement actions including warnings, content removal, campaign disqualification, payout holds, account restrictions, or permanent termination.
Enforcement actions are intended to protect users, advertisers, and the integrity of the platform rather than punish individuals.
10. Updates to These Guidelines
Viewr may update these Campaign & Content Guidelines from time to time to reflect evolving legal requirements or platform changes. Continued participation in campaigns after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated guidelines.
