Copyright & DMCA Policy
Viewr (“Viewr”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects all users of the platform to do the same. This Copyright & DMCA Policy explains how copyright-protected content is handled on the Viewr platform and how copyright owners may submit infringement notices.
This policy applies to all users of the Platform, including creators, advertisers, and visitors.
1. User Responsibility for Content
Users are solely responsible for the content they submit, link, upload, or reference through the Platform. This includes videos, images, music, logos, trademarks, text, and other copyrighted materials.
By submitting or linking content through Viewr, you represent and warrant that you either own the content, have obtained all necessary rights or licenses, or are otherwise legally permitted to use the content.
2. Role of Viewr
Viewr operates as a technology platform and intermediary. We do not actively monitor, pre-screen, or pre-approve all content submitted or referenced by users.
Viewr does not host most creator content directly and is not responsible for content published on third-party platforms. However, we take copyright concerns seriously and respond appropriately to valid infringement notices.
3. Copyright Infringement Policy
Viewr has adopted a policy of responding to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with applicable copyright laws, including the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
Upon receipt of a valid notice, Viewr may remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material, suspend or terminate repeat infringers, or request additional information as needed.
4. Submitting a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe that content associated with the Viewr platform infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice.
A valid DMCA notice should include sufficient information to identify the copyrighted work, the allegedly infringing material, your contact information, and a statement made under penalty of perjury that the claim is accurate and made in good faith.
To submit a DMCA takedown request, please use the following link:

5. Counter-Notification Process
If you believe that material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification in accordance with applicable law.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, Viewr may restore the material unless the copyright owner initiates legal action within the time period required by law.
6. Repeat Infringers
Viewr reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts of users who are determined, at our discretion, to be repeat copyright infringers. Repeat violations may result in permanent removal from the Platform.
7. False or Abusive Notices
Submitting false, misleading, or abusive copyright claims may result in legal consequences. Viewr reserves the right to take action against users who misuse the DMCA process or submit notices in bad faith.
8. Third-Party Platforms
Content promoted or referenced through Viewr may be published on third-party platforms. Viewr does not control and is not responsible for the copyright enforcement practices of those platforms.
9. Changes to This Policy
Viewr may update this Copyright & DMCA Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
