Creator Terms & Earnings Policy

These Creator Terms & Earnings Policy (“Creator Terms”) apply to all users who participate in campaigns as creators (“Creators”) on the Viewr platform (“Viewr”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Creator Terms supplement the general Terms of Service and govern how Creators participate in campaigns, earn rewards, and receive payouts.

By participating in any campaign on Viewr, you agree to be bound by these Creator Terms.

1. Creator Eligibility

To participate as a Creator on Viewr, you must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when creating and maintaining your account.

Viewr may require identity verification, social account verification, or additional information at any time to ensure platform integrity. Only one creator account is permitted per individual unless explicitly approved by Viewr.

2. Independent Creator Status

Creators participate on Viewr as independent users. Nothing in these Creator Terms creates an employment, partnership, agency, or contractor relationship between you and Viewr.

Viewr does not guarantee any work, campaign availability, or income. Participation in campaigns is voluntary, and earnings are not assured.

3. Campaign Participation

Creators may choose which campaigns to participate in, subject to eligibility requirements and campaign availability. By accepting a campaign, you agree to follow all campaign instructions, content requirements, and deadlines.

All content must comply with applicable laws, platform rules (including those of third-party platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube), and disclosure requirements (for example, #ad or #sponsored where required).

4. Content Ownership & License

Creators retain ownership of the content they create and publish. However, by submitting content or content links to Viewr, you grant Viewr a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, store, analyze, and use such content for:

5. Earnings & Performance Tracking

Earnings are calculated based on the rules and criteria defined for each campaign. Metrics such as views, engagement, completion status, or other performance indicators may be used.

Earnings displayed on the Platform are estimates and are subject to verification. Viewr reserves the right to review, adjust, or reject earnings based on compliance checks, platform data, or suspected violations.

6. Fraud & Prohibited Activity

Creators must not engage in fraudulent or deceptive behavior, including but not limited to:

Any violation may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account and forfeiture of unpaid earnings.

7. Payouts & Withdrawals

Creators may request withdrawals once the minimum payout threshold is reached, currently set at $25 USD unless otherwise stated. Payout methods, processing times, and applicable fees may vary.

Withdrawals may be delayed or held for review due to verification, compliance checks, fraud investigations, or chargebacks. Viewr’s decisions regarding payouts are final.

8. Account Suspension & Termination

Viewr reserves the right to suspend or terminate creator accounts at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Creator Terms, the Terms of Service, or for behavior that harms the Platform, Advertisers, or other users.

In cases of serious violations or fraud, earned but unpaid balances may be forfeited.

9. Taxes & Legal Responsibility

Creators are solely responsible for determining, reporting, and paying any applicable taxes, duties, or fees related to their earnings. Viewr does not provide tax, legal, or financial advice.

10. Changes to Creator Terms

Viewr may update these Creator Terms from time to time. Continued participation in campaigns or use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
