At Viewr (“Viewr”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), trust and safety are fundamental to how the platform operates. This Trust & Safety Policy explains the measures we take to promote a fair, secure, and responsible environment for creators, advertisers, and all users of the platform.
While Viewr provides a technology platform rather than direct oversight of every interaction, we take reasonable steps to identify risks, respond to concerns, and enforce our policies to protect the integrity of the ecosystem.
1. Our Commitment to Trust & Safety
Viewr is committed to maintaining a transparent and secure environment that promotes responsible participation. Our Trust & Safety practices are designed to reduce fraud, abuse, misleading behavior, and unlawful activity while supporting legitimate campaigns and creator opportunities.
Trust & Safety decisions are made to protect the long-term health of the platform and may prioritize overall platform integrity over individual outcomes.
2. Account Integrity & Identity Verification
To maintain platform integrity, Viewr may apply verification measures to creator and advertiser accounts. This may include reviewing account details, social profiles, payment information, or other indicators of authenticity.
Users are expected to provide accurate and truthful information. Accounts found to be misrepresenting identity, operating multiple accounts without authorization, or engaging in deceptive behavior may be restricted or removed.
3. Fraud Prevention & Detection
Viewr actively works to detect and prevent fraudulent activity, including fake engagement, automated traffic, metric manipulation, misuse of systems, or attempts to bypass safeguards.
We use a combination of automated tools, manual review, and third-party signals to identify suspicious behavior. When potential fraud is detected, Viewr may pause activity, withhold payouts, or take further enforcement action.
4. Content Safety & Platform Integrity
Content associated with Viewr campaigns must comply with applicable laws, platform rules, and baseline community standards. Content that promotes illegal activity, violence, hate, harassment, exploitation, or harmful behavior is not permitted.
While creators act independently, participation in Viewr campaigns requires adherence to minimum safety and compliance expectations. Viewr may intervene where content poses safety or reputational risks.
5. Advertiser & Campaign Safety Review
Advertiser campaigns may be reviewed to assess legal, safety, and reputational considerations. Certain categories, including age-restricted, financial, or regulated products, may be subject to additional review or limitations.
Campaign approval does not constitute endorsement by Viewr, and campaigns may be paused or removed if concerns arise after launch.
6. Creator Protection & Fair Treatment
Viewr aims to treat creators fairly while enforcing platform rules. Creators are protected from abusive advertiser behavior and unclear campaign requirements, while remaining responsible for honest and compliant participation.
In the event of disputes, Viewr may review platform data, available evidence, and policy requirements to reach a determination.
7. Reporting & User Concerns
Users may report safety concerns, abuse, fraud, or policy violations through available support channels. Reports should be made in good faith and include sufficient detail for review.
Misuse of reporting systems, including false or malicious reports, may result in enforcement action.
8. Enforcement Actions
When violations are identified, Viewr may take enforcement actions including warnings, content removal, campaign suspension, payout holds, account restrictions, or permanent termination.
Enforcement decisions are made at Viewr’s discretion and may be taken without prior notice where necessary to protect the platform.
9. Transparency & Limitations
While Viewr values transparency, certain Trust & Safety processes and detection methods are not publicly disclosed to prevent abuse or circumvention.
Users acknowledge that no platform can guarantee complete prevention of misuse or harm, and that participation involves inherent risks.
10. Changes to This Policy
Viewr may update this Trust & Safety Policy from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
